Commends C. J. Mosley, University of Alabama senior linebacker, for winning the 2013 Butkus Award presented annually to the nation's top collegiate linebacker.

Recognizes that Mosley led the Alabama defense to top 15 national rankings in scoring defense (2nd), red zone defense (4th), total defense (5th), pass defense (5th), rush defense (11th), and pass efficiency defense (15th).

Notes that Mosley is the third Crimson Tide player to win the Butkus Award, following Derrick Thomas (1988) and Rolando McClain (2009).

Praises Mosley's combination of instincts, range, playmaking ability, on-field leadership, work ethic, special teams contributions, and community service.

Directs the House to extend warm best wishes to Mosley for future success on and off the field.
