Proposes a constitutional amendment declaring it Alabama public policy that the right to work cannot be denied based on labor union membership or nonmembership.

Prohibits agreements between employers and labor unions that condition employment on union membership or deny work to non-members, declaring such agreements illegal combinations or conspiracies.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to join, remain in, or abstain from joining labor unions as a condition of employment.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to pay union dues, fees, or other charges to any labor union or organization as a condition of employment.

Provides a private right of action allowing individuals denied employment in violation of the amendment to recover damages from employers and any parties acting in concert with them.
