SB135 Summary

• Continues the existence and functioning of the State Board of Podiatry until October 1, 2017, pursuant to the Alabama Sunset Law.

• Preserves Code of Alabama 1975, Sections 34-24-230 to 34-24-276, inclusive, which establish and govern the State Board of Podiatry.

• Implements the Sunset Committee's recommendation to continue the State Board of Podiatry operations.

• Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
