• Continues the existence and functioning of the Board of Registration for Foresters until October 1, 2018, pursuant to the Alabama Sunset Law.

• Preserves Sections 34-12-1 to 34-12-37, inclusive, of the Code of Alabama 1975, which establish and govern the Board.

• Implements the Sunset Committee's recommendation to continue the Board rather than allow it to expire.

• Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
