• Applies only to the City of Lincoln in Talladega County and authorizes a municipal election on Sunday sales of alcoholic beverages by licensed vendors.

• City governing body may call an election within 30 days of the act's effective date, with election costs paid from the municipal general fund and notice given at least 3 weeks prior.

• Ballot question asks voters whether alcoholic beverages may be sold on Sunday after 12:00 P.M. (noon) or after 8:00 A.M. on Sundays when major racing events are held at Talladega Superspeedway.
