AL SB16

Amends Section 41-20-11 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to allow the Legislature to consider an omnibus bill for continuing multiple agencies without changes upon Sunset Committee recommendation.

Requires each agency continued through an omnibus bill to be listed in the bill's title as provided by law.

Requires any enumerated or nonenumerated agency recommended for modification or amendment by the Sunset Committee to be considered individually in a separate bill rather than included in an omnibus bill.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
