Adopts and incorporates into the Code of Alabama 1975 all general and permanent laws enacted during the 2013 Regular Session as contained in the 2013 Cumulative Supplement to Volumes 3-22A and 2013 Replacement Volumes 16A, 19A, and 22.

Makes eight specific corrections to code sections including correcting publishing errors, misprints, and internal citation references in sections 6-5-752, 12-19-91, 12-25-32, 23-1-181, 27-4-2, 27-44-13, Sections 38-9E-1 through 38-9E-12, and 40-13-6.

Redesignates Chapter 9E of Title 38 as Article 9 of Chapter 6 of Title 13A and renumbers sections 38-9E-1 through 38-9E-12 to 13A-6-190 through 13A-6-201.

Adopts and incorporates initial 2013 Volume 22H (Local Laws Greene - Jackson Counties) and 2013 Cumulative Supplement to local law Volumes 22B-22G into the Code of Alabama 1975.

Declares this adoption constitutes continuous systematic codification of the entire Code of Alabama 1975, does not affect other 2014 session statutes, and requires the Secretary of State to maintain custody of the authenticated volumes.
