• Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Weaver in Calhoun County, Alabama.

• Annexes 21.61 acres of the S.T. Meharg Estate property located in Sections 34 (Township 14 South; Range 8 East) and Section 3 (Township 15 South; Range 8 East) to the city.

• Property is situated east of the Old Anniston to Jacksonville Highway and west of Alabama Highway No. 21, northeast of the existing Weaver city limits.

• Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed with the Judge of Probate in Calhoun County for public inspection per Code of Alabama 1975, Section 11-42-6(b).

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and gubernatorial approval.
