Permits tastings of liquor at state liquor stores, conducted at no charge to consumers inside store premises in compliance with regulations set by the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.

Limits each tasting to a maximum of one-half ounce serving per liquor product, with no more than two products offered at any single tasting event.

Modifies Section 28-3A-25 to explicitly allow tastings as an exception to the existing prohibition on consuming alcoholic beverages on state liquor store premises.

Effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or when otherwise becoming law.
