Terminates all plans, programs, activities, efforts, and expenditures related to implementation of Common Core State Educational Standards and Alabama College and Career Standards, including associated assessments, data collection, and instruction.

Directs the State Board of Education to replace current common core curriculum standards with the courses of study that were in place immediately prior to adoption of common core standards.

Allows courses of study to be updated on January 1, 2017, in accordance with state law.

Grants any Alabama citizen standing in state courts to bring suit to enforce the termination requirements.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
