• Extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Lincoln, Talladega County, Alabama to include approximately 10.11 acres of land in Section 19, Township 16 South, Range 5 East.

• The annexed parcel is described with detailed metes and bounds beginning at the Southwest corner of Fraction "D" and includes portions along Talladega County Road 207 (Honda Drive) and the normal pool contour of Logan Martin Lake.

• Declares all sections of the act severable, ensuring that if any portion is found unconstitutional or invalid, the remainder of the act remains valid.

• Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Talladega County and made available for public inspection, in accordance with Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).

• Becomes effective upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
