AL SB436

Authorizes the presiding circuit court judge of the 28th Judicial Circuit in Baldwin County to grant two-step pay increases for court employees paid from the Baldwin County Law Library and Judicial Administration Fund.

Pay increases may only be granted to employees who have not received a raise from the Administrative Office of Courts or by any other means provided by law for the previous five years.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
