Alters and rearranges the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Tuscaloosa in Tuscaloosa County by removing Lot 1 of the Sky Ridge survey (recorded in Plat Book 2001, Page 78, in the Tuscaloosa County Probate Office) from the city's corporate limits.

Makes a map showing the proposed territory removal available for public inspection at the office of the Judge of Probate in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
