Property and casualty insurance policies and endorsements without personally identifiable information may be mailed, delivered, or posted on the insurer's website.

Policies posted online must remain easily accessible while the policy is in force and be archived for five years after expiration, available upon request.

Posted policies and endorsements must be in a format that allows insureds to print and save documents using widely available, free Internet programs or applications.

Insurers must include on each declarations page a description of purchased policy forms, the method to obtain a free paper copy within 30 days of request, and the Internet address where policies are posted.

The bill becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor and applies to any policy issued or renewed after the effective date.
