Creates The Alabama Informed Voter Act and establishes a 15-member Fair Ballot Commission to provide fair and accurate explanations of statewide ballot measures to the public.

Commission membership includes the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries, Speaker of the House, and Secretary of State (or their designees), each appointing one licensed attorney and one private citizen, plus legislative committee chairs and ranking members as non-voting advisors.

Requires the commission to post Ballot Statements on the Legislature's website at least 60 calendar days before a statewide ballot vote, including the measure text, implementing legislation, ballot placement, and plain language summaries explaining legal authority, effects if passed or defeated, and tax impacts.

Ballot Statements must be written in plain, nontechnical language and approved by majority commission vote; if no majority agreement is reached, the website must post agreed-upon portions with an explanation of disagreement from the commission chair.

Requires Ballot Statements to be printed and distributed like sample ballots, allows individual statements from commission members and legislators (limited to 300 words) to be posted, and permits links to other relevant websites with disclaimers that the commission is not responsible for linked content.
