Commends Senator Tammy Irons of Florence, Alabama for her dedicated service to the state and her decision not to seek reelection to the Alabama Senate.

Recognizes Irons' service representing the 1st District (Colbert and Lauderdale Counties) and her prior distinguished term in the Alabama House of Representatives.

Highlights her educational background including a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Alabama and a Law Degree from the University of Memphis, as well as her service as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Tennessee Court of Appeals.

Notes her professional accomplishments as a business attorney and owner of the Irons Law Firm, along with her civic leadership roles on boards including the Shoals Entrepreneurial Center, Shoals Economic Development Authority, SafePlace Incorporated, and Boys and Girls Clubs.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be provided to Senator Irons as evidence of the esteem in which she is held by the legislature.
