Mourns the death of William Loyd Driggers of Elba, Alabama, who died on December 20, 2013, at age 78.

Recognizes his military service as a firefighter in the United States Air Force from 1953 to 1957 and his 45 years with the Elba Volunteer Fire Department from 1959 to 2004, including 26 years as Fire Chief.

Honors his recognitions including a 2000 Fireman of the Year plaque, a plaque for dedicated service as Fire Chief, and a 2004 Mayoral Certificate of Appreciation.

Notes his surviving family members including his wife Betty Jean Driggers, three adult children, and multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
