AL SJR3

Designates a portion of United States Highway 411 from the Etowah-St. Clair County line north to the intersection of US Highway 411 and I-759 in Gadsden as the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans Memorial Highway.

Honors members of the United States Armed Forces and other service members who served in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.

Requires appropriate officials to erect and maintain signs designating this highway section with the memorial name.

Senate adopted the resolution on January 15, 2014; House adopted on February 25, 2014.
