Honors past, present, and future firefighters and EMTs by establishing a facility to safeguard and showcase historic apparatus, tools, uniforms, memorabilia, and stories from all geographic regions.

Directs the museum to serve as a resource for fire prevention and life safety education and programming for Alabama citizens and visitors of all ages.

Provides a place of reflection and respect for firefighters and EMTs who have made sacrifices and continue to protect their communities.

Urges all citizens to support the development and longevity of the museum.
