Designates the Calhoun Community College baseball field as the Fred Frickie Baseball Field in recognition of his contributions to athletics.

Fred Frickie served as the college's baseball coach for 28 years before retiring in 1995, compiling 668 victories and a .618 winning percentage.

Six of his teams won the Alabama State Championship, six players were honored as All-Americans, and several players advanced to Major League Baseball including Jorge Posada.

Frickie was inducted into the Alabama Community College Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2006 and was ranked in the top 25 of the nation's two-year baseball coaches.

Senate adopted resolution on March 5, 2014; House adopted on March 20, 2014.
