Recognizes the Casey Feldman Foundation and its "End Distracted Driving Campaign" founded by Joel Feldman to honor his daughter Casey Feldman, a 21-year-old Fordham University student killed by a distracted motorist on July 17, 2009.

Designates April 2014 as "End Distracted Driving Awareness Month" in Alabama with preparations to commence immediately.

Notes that distracted driving kills more than 5,000 people and injures nearly 450,000 annually, and commends the Foundation's Student Awareness Initiative targeting students and drivers.

Acknowledges the Alabama Association for Justice's participation with more than 850 attorneys, judges, and safety advocates pledging to conduct safety presentations on distracted driving to local high schools and community groups, aiming to reach over 100,000 drivers annually.
