• Designates the portion of Alabama Highway 207 from the Anderson Creek Bridge (milepost 6.637 North) through the Town of Anderson to the Alabama-Tennessee state line (milepost 13.959) as the "Elizabeth 'Beth' Diana Childers Memorial Highway."

• Honors Elizabeth "Beth" Diana Childers, a volunteer firefighter for the Town of Anderson in Lauderdale County, who died on July 11, 2012, while helping her husband rescue their grandson and daughter from a burning house.

• Signage should include the Great Seal of the State of Alabama and the memorial highway designation if possible.

• The memorial designation does not alter or conflict with the common designation of Alabama Highway 207.

• A copy of the resolution shall be presented to the family of Elizabeth "Beth" Diana Childers.
