Amends Section 34-24-604 of the Alabama Code to modify fee requirements for physicians registering pain management services with the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners.

Physicians shall pay a single initial registration fee (not to exceed $300) and a single annual renewal fee (not to exceed $300), rather than separate fees for each practice location.

Eliminates the prior requirement for physicians practicing in multiple locations to submit a separate registration fee for each practice.

Retains all other registration requirements including proof of drug enforcement administration registration, controlled substances certificate, prescription drug monitoring program registration, and medical director certification.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
