• Appropriates $200,000 from the Children's Policy Council Fund to the Department of Children's Affairs for fiscal year ending September 30, 2015.

• Appropriates $1,600,000 from the Mail and Supply Room Revolving Fund to the Department of Finance for fiscal year ending September 30, 2015.

• All appropriations are supplemental and in addition to other appropriations previously or hereafter made.

• Act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
