• Amends Section 35-15-21 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to expand the definition of "recreational use or recreational purpose" to explicitly include aviation activities.

• Adds "aviation activities" to the list of activities covered under the limited liability protections for landowners allowing noncommercial open recreational use of outdoor recreational land.

• Maintains existing liability protections for owners of outdoor recreational land who permit public recreational activities including hunting, fishing, water sports, hiking, camping, and other specified activities.

• Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
