Allows Alabama wine manufacturers to sell table wine at up to three additional satellite tasting rooms located off the manufacturer's premises, in addition to sales at the main manufacturing facility.

Permits wine manufacturers to sell table wine at no more than five special events per year held off the premises of the manufacturer.

Wine sales at satellite tasting rooms and special events are allowed for both on-premises and off-premises consumption.

Maintains existing excise tax structure of $0.45 per liter on wine sold at retail, with $0.38 per liter remitted to the state board and $0.07 per liter remitted to the municipality or county.

Act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
