Amends Section 32-6-150 of the Alabama Code to allow distinctive license tags to be issued for motorcycles and motor-driven cycles participating in college/university distinctive tag programs and the Environmental Distinctive Tag Program.

Removes the existing prohibition on distinctive tags for motorcycles and motor-driven cycles, bringing them into parity with regular motor vehicles for these programs.

Distinctive tags shall be issued, printed, and processed in the same manner as other personalized tags and remain valid for five years before replacement.

Colleges and universities must pay the Department of Revenue the cost of production for their requested distinctive tags before production occurs.

Bill becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
