• Authorizes the Town of Rogersville's governing body to permit the sale of alcoholic beverages, including draft or keg beer and malt beverages, within corporate limits on all days except Sunday by ordinance adopted by simple majority.

• Allows sales of alcoholic beverages to occur in the same manner on days other than Sunday as previously permitted.

• Provisions are cumulative and supplemental to existing authority of the Town of Rogersville and do not repeal any current powers under state general law or local acts.
