Alters the boundary lines of Alexander City in Tallapoosa County, Alabama to include additional contiguous territory within its corporate limits.

Adds six full sections (28, 29, 32, 33, 34, 35) in Township 23 North, Range 21 East not currently within city limits.

Adds five full sections (1, 2, 4, 5) and partial sections (East 1/2 of SE 1/4 of Section 6, NE 1/4 of Section 7) in Township 22 North, Range 21 East not currently within city limits.

Maps showing the annexed territory are available for public inspection at the Dadeville and Alexander City offices of the Judge of Probate in Tallapoosa County, and at Alexander City City Hall.

Act becomes effective upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
