Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Springville in St. Clair County, Alabama.

Annexes two parcels of land: Parcel 1 located in the NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 26, Township 14 South, Range 2 East, and Parcel 2 identified as Tract #2 of Heritage Valley Estates as recorded in Map Book 5, Page 75 of the St. Clair County Probate Office.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in St. Clair County and made available for public inspection in accordance with Code of Alabama 1975, Section 11-42-6(b).

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon becoming law through other means.
