Amends Section 27-25-3 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to exempt licensed attorneys from State Insurance Department licensure requirements for title insurance agents.

Adds new subsection (c) to the definition of "title agent" or "agent" stating that attorneys licensed by the Alabama State Bar are excluded from the definition and exempt from any licensure or regulation under the title insurance chapter.

Allows attorneys licensed to practice law in Alabama to perform title insurance-related services (soliciting business, collecting premiums, determining insurability, issuing commitments and policies) without obtaining separate title insurance agent licenses.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
