• Proposes a constitutional amendment to allow mayors of municipalities in Baldwin County that participate in the Employees' Retirement System of Alabama to enroll in that same retirement system on equal terms as other employees.

• Permits mayors holding office at the time of ratification to purchase service credit for time already served in their current office.
