Amends Section 6-5-574, Code of Alabama 1975, to modify time limits for legal service liability actions against legal service providers.

Retains the primary two-year statute of limitations from the date of the act, omission, or failure giving rise to the claim.

Allows actions to be commenced within six months of discovery if the cause of action was not discovered and could not reasonably have been discovered within the initial two-year period.

Deletes the four-year absolute bar on legal service liability actions, removing language that previously prohibited actions more than four years after the act or omission.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
