Adds Section 32-6-690 to the Code of Alabama 1975 to authorize issuance of military motorcycle license plates for active duty members and veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces who are Alabama residents.

Requires motorcycle owners to pay standard motorcycle registration fees and comply with motor vehicle registration and licensing laws to obtain military motorcycle plates.

Applies the same registration fee or ad valorem tax exemption or deduction available for private passenger automobiles, pickup trucks, and pleasure motor vehicles to military motorcycle license plates in the same military categories.

Requires military motorcycle plates to use the same design as plates issued for private passenger automobiles, pickup trucks, and pleasure motor vehicles in each corresponding military license plate category.

Becomes effective January 1, 2016, and authorizes the Department of Revenue to promulgate rules for implementation.
