• Provides mechanisms for handling multiple child support orders, determining controlling orders, and managing consolidated arrears and interest across different jurisdictions.

• Repeals the prior Chapter 3A (existing UIFSA) and becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval, applying to all proceedings begun on or after its effective date.
