Establishes a minimum wage of $10.10 per hour in Mobile County effective January 1, 2016, requiring all employers to pay employees at least this rate for hours worked in a pay period.

Requires employers to pay the difference if a tipped employee's tips combined with a direct wage of at least $2.13 per hour do not equal the $10.10 minimum wage.

Automatically increases the local minimum wage to match any federal minimum wage increase above $10.10 per hour.

Allows employees to bring civil suits in circuit court against employers for violations of this act.

Makes employers liable for 90 days of wages at the employee's daily rate of pay, the difference between wages paid and the local minimum wage, plus reasonable attorney fees if the employee prevails in court.
