Amends Section 41-21-1 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to reduce the number of copies of the Code distributed by the Secretary of State to state agencies, departments, and other entities.

Reduces distributions to legislators from up to two sets to one set per member for each legislative term.

Reduces distributions to multiple state agencies including the Governor's office (from four to two sets), Attorney General (from 55 to four sets), Legislative Reference Service (from 11 to five sets), and numerous other departments by similar margins.

Eliminates distributions to Department of Archives and History, congressmen, and sheriffs that were previously required.

Requires eligible recipients to submit written requests every four years within 30 days of notice from the Secretary of State to receive code sets, supplements, and replacement volumes.
