Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Jacksonville in Calhoun County, Alabama to include existing city property plus certain surrounding or contiguous property defined by detailed legal description.

The annexation becomes effective 90 days after the act's passage, allowing property owners to request exclusion if their property is classified as Class III for ad valorem tax purposes and is not in a platted subdivision.

A map showing the proposed annexation territory is on file in the office of the Judge of Probate in Calhoun County for public inspection.

The act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
