Applies exclusively to Bullock County and establishes a $7 special recording fee charged by the judge of probate for each document or instrument recorded in the probate office.

Recording fees must be paid before any document or instrument is received for record and are deposited into a special account for probate office operations, equipment upgrades, computer equipment, and employee training.

Establishes an additional $4 tag issuance fee charged by the judge of probate for each motor vehicle license tag issued or renewed, with payment required before issuance or renewal.

Tag issuance fees are collected by the judge of probate or agents and deposited in the county general fund.

Act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
