Establishes the City of Dothan/Houston County Enhanced 911 Board with nine members: four appointed by Dothan City Commission, one by Houston County Commission, the Dothan Police Chief, Dothan Fire Chief, Houston County Sheriff, and President of Houston County Firefighter's Association (or designees).

Board shall annually elect a chair; designees must be department members and present documentation of appointment to the board chair.

Initial appointments include staggered terms: two Dothan City Commission appointees and the Houston County Commission appointee serve four years, while two other Dothan City Commission appointees serve two years; thereafter all members serve four-year terms.

Board may appoint subcommittees and technical advisory committees to assist the E-911 Systems Coordinator; board members are immune from liability for official actions.

Board shall commence operation 90 days after the act's effective date and shall replace the board established by Act 2005-114, which will be dissolved and repealed upon this board's commencement.
