Amends Section 6-5-200 of the Alabama Code to add protections against adverse possession claims for certain types of property use.

Prohibits use of real property made pursuant to licenses, servitudes, or implications from being construed as adverse possession against the property owner.

Clarifies that use created expressly by implication or by necessity may not be treated as adverse to the owner's interest in the real property.

Makes technical amendments to existing adverse possession statute language, including gender-neutral pronoun updates.

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
