Amends Section 32-9-20 of the Alabama Code to add trucks delivering asphalt plant mix to the list of vehicles exempt from axle spacing requirements.

Trucks delivering asphalt plant mix operating within 50 miles of their home base are limited to a maximum gross weight of 66,000 pounds for three-axle vehicles and 82,500 pounds for four-axle vehicles, with all axles brake-equipped.

This exemption applies alongside existing exemptions for dump trucks, dump trailers, concrete mixing trucks, fuel oil trucks, and gasoline trucks, provided they do not exceed maximum weights for their axle configuration.

The effective date is the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
