Applies only to Chilton County and authorizes a referendum election on alcoholic beverage sales.

Judge of probate shall call a wet-dry referendum election in conjunction with the next statewide primary or general election, with ballot language asking voters whether to favor legal sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages on any day except Sunday.

Election shall be conducted according to standard county election procedures, with costs paid from the county general fund and notice given at least three weeks in advance.

If a majority of county voters vote "Yes," alcoholic beverages may be legally sold, distributed, and consumed countywide any day except Sunday; a "No" vote prohibits county sales but does not affect existing sales rights within municipalities.

Act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and gubernatorial approval.
