Amends Section 12-19-92 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to increase constable fees for service of civil process in Jefferson County.

Establishes an administrative fee of $10 for each process or alias process issued to constables in Jefferson County (applies when amount in controversy is $20 or more).

Increases the fee for actual service of each process from $8.00 to $10 for constables in Jefferson County.

Increases the gasoline allowance from $7.00 to $10 for actual service of each process for constables in Jefferson County.

Act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and gubernatorial approval (House passed 26-MAY-15, Senate passed 03-JUN-15).
