Ratifies and confirms all completed annexations by the City of Guntersville undertaken prior to the effective date of this act, regardless of any substantive or procedural irregularities or defects.

Excludes from validation any annexations that were held invalid by final court judgment before the act's effective date or any annexations that are subject to pending legal actions commenced before the act's effective date.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
