Assess additional docket fees in Morgan County courts: $15 for district court civil cases (including child support), $20 for juvenile and quasi-criminal cases, and $30 for criminal cases in circuit and district courts.

Assess an additional $30 docket fee for all civil cases filed in circuit court, including domestic relations cases.

Distribute collected court costs monthly: 15% to the District Attorney's Solicitor's Fund, 60% to the Circuit Clerk's Judicial Administration Fund, and 25% to the Presiding Circuit Court Judge's Judicial Administration Fund.

Collect an additional $75 fee in all cases involving issuance of a worthless check, payable to the Solicitor's Fund.

Become effective on the first day of the third month following passage and gubernatorial approval.
