Alters the corporate limits of the City of Spanish Fort in Baldwin County, Alabama to annex approximately 4.19 acres of additional territory beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 32, T-4-S, R-2-E.

De-annexes the newly annexed territory from the City of Daphne, Alabama, with Spanish Fort exercising exclusive control, authority, and jurisdiction over the property.

Subjects all newly annexed territory to the laws, ordinances, and jurisdiction of the City of Spanish Fort's City Council.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexation territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County and made available for public inspection in accordance with Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
