Nominates Conservation Enforcement Officer Area Sergeant Keith Mann of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division for the 2015 Alabama Legislative Medal of Honor for Law Enforcement.

Recognizes Sergeant Mann's actions on March 8, 2014, when he responded to a motorcycle-truck collision and improvised a tourniquet using the injured operator's bandana and his expandable baton to save the victim's life.

Credits Sergeant Mann's quick thinking and ingenuity with saving Harold Beverly's life after the motorcycle operator suffered a severely injured and nearly severed leg below the knee.

Acknowledges Sergeant Mann's humility in accepting no praise for his actions and his reputation as a professional, knowledgeable, and respected law enforcement officer.

Directs that Sergeant Mann receive a copy of the resolution as evidence of the Legislature's admiration and esteem.
