• Commends Auburn University's initiative in positioning Alabama at the forefront of the emerging UAS industry and acknowledges the university's over 80 years of aviation management and aerospace engineering education.

• Authorizes the Auburn University Aviation Center to conduct outdoor and untethered commercial UAS flight training for students, faculty, public and private entities, and the general public.
