Designates the portion of Interstate Highway 20 West/59 South between mile markers 115 and 116 as the Officer Mary Freeman Smith Memorial Highway.

Honors Officer Mary Freeman Smith, a Fairfield Police Department officer who was shot and killed on October 23, 2006, while responding to a suspicious vehicle report.

Recognizes Officer Smith's service, including 2 months with the Fairfield Police Department and 21 years with the Birmingham Police Department.

Directs appropriate officials to place and maintain signs or markers identifying the designated memorial highway.

Adopted by the House on May 14, 2015, and by the Senate on May 21, 2015.
